Yoga Classes

Yoga Classes have many health benefits. Yoga was originally created and practiced to prepare the body, mind, and spirit to sit in meditation. While this is still a wonderful benefit of yoga, yoga practice today can be used to prepare the body, mind, and spirit to engage in the modern world in a calmer, more effective, and more meaningful way.

We will be holding two yoga classes in January 2024 led by trauma specialist and yoga teacher Angie Young! Our first Connect and Flow class will be held on Thursday, January 25th from 6:00-8:00 pm via Zoom. Our second class will be held at the Warrenville Public Library on Saturday, January 27th from 10:30 am-12:30 pm.
